The documentary takes a look what America is like since President Donald Trump took office. In an interview with Bill Maher earlier this year, the Flint native said, "I'm finishing my movie and getting it out before the midterms because I want millions of people to get to the polls."
In the trailer, Moore is shown talking to David Hogg, who was at the Parkland school shooting and now an activist, and also spraying water on Gov. Rick Snyder's lawn from a truck that says, "Flint Water."
"Gov. Snyder, I got some Flint water for ya," he said.

He ends the trailer by saying, "Ladies and gentlemen, the last President of the United States," as the title rolls over Jimi Hendrix's rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner." The documentary will be out Sept. 21.
