Troy Police are looking for the owner of a cat who took a short joy ride in a Mustang Friday morning.
Officers say Rascal the cat got into a garage and took a cat nap inside the engine compartment of a Mustang.
Unaware of the feline, the driver operated his vehicle a short distance before discovering the unsuspected passenger.
Police were notified, and a local towing company was able to lift the car and rescue little Rascal.
Authorities say the cat is in good condition.
