Two Detroit Department of Transportation buses were involved in separated accidents along I-94 on Detroit's east side early Tuesday morning.
We're told there were two crashes involving the buses, one on eastbound I-94 at Mt. Elliott and the other on eastbound I-94 at Chene.
In one crash, the bus was completely horizontal.
Traffic was backed up but tow trucks were able to clear the bus accidents around 5:15 a.m.
No passengers were on either bus and the drivers are expected to be OK.
