Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on northbound Southfield Freeway between 7 and 8 Mile Thursday night on Detroit's west side.
Two men, aged 30 and 29, were shot in the incident. One is in critical condition and the other is in stable condition.
The northbound lanes were shut down while police were investigating, but are now back open. Officials said they found several shell casings.
Police say the victims were driving when they were shot and somehow made it to the hospital.
Michigan State Police is currently investigating the incident.
