Matthew Vlasic of Oakland County pleaded guilty to Malicious Destruction of Property on Monday morning. He will avoid jail time but will get two years probation.

Vlasic was one of three students charged in the wild party at Treetops. We're told he is also cooperating with prosecutors and has given them two names of other students involved. One of those students could be charged on Monday.

About 270 students, including members of the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, were at the party in January. Only the fraternity president and treasurer were charged along with Vlasic.

Treetops is seeking $25,000 in damages in the criminal case that would be shared by all students, but the resort is also seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars more in a civil suit.
