US Marshals seek suspect wanted in connection to double homicide in River Rouge

RIVER ROUGE, Mich. (WXYZ) — River Rouge police and the U.S. Marshals are on the search for a suspect in a double homicide who is believed to be armed and dangerous.

The Marshals are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Kenyel William Brown is wanted for the deaths of Dorian Patterson and Kimberly Green on Jan. 30. Another victim, a 44-year-old man, was shot and was last listed in critical condition at a local hospital and expected to survive.

The incident happened on Beechwood Street in River Rouge.

Brown is charged with two counts of first-degree premeditated murder, one count of assault with intent to murder, one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, one count of firearms possession by a felon, and six counts of felony firearm.

Police say Brown has a lengthy criminal history.
