DETROIT (WXYZ) — New video released during a preliminary exam shows exactly what happened during a shooting at a Detroit coney island last month. Dwight T. Samuels and Duane Samuels, who are twin brothers and both 61, were facing several charges in the shooting, including assault with intent to murder.

During the preliminary hearing, a judge determined there was enough evidence to send both men to trial in the shooting.

The man who was shot multiple times was in critical condition, but testified during the preliminary exam, giving details of the shooting.

The shooting happened in the early morning hours of June 20 at the Nicky D's Coney Island near 7 Mile and the Lodge.

According to a worker inside the coney island, the suspects ordered fried mushrooms, and when they were told they didn't sell those, the suspects got mad. We're told they left and came back about 30 minutes later with the license plate on their cars and opened fire.
