Three weeks after a suspect and a K-9 officer were killed in a shootout outside of a baby shower, the Macomb County Sheriff is preparing to release video and discuss what happened.
The key is whether the suspect, 29-year-old Theo Gray, had a gun. A family spokesperson said no gun was found.

On Wednesday, Macomb County Sheriff's deputies will shed light on the investigation – to this point, they have not commented.
Three weeks ago, Gray was the father-to-be at a baby shower held at Lakeland Manor Banquet Hall. A 911 call drew police to the area. Police say Gray refused to listen to commands and ran away.
St. Clair Shores Police say K-9 Officer Axe was deployed and shots were fired from a handgun by Gray, striking Axe. St. Clair Shores Police Department officers returned fire, striking Gray.
Both Gray and Axe were killed as a result of the shooting.
The Macomb County Sheriff's Office will hold a press conference at 10:30 a.m Wednesday to discuss the investigation.
