Monday's high temp was 47 degrees. Compare that to our average LOW temperature of 48 degrees. We've experienced a couple days like this where Metro Detroit's high temps have been as low as the average lows. There's no wonder we've seen multiple Freeze Warnings and Frost Advisories in southern Michigan Lately.
Change Arrives this Week
Warmer days are ahead this week and it all kicks off on Thursday with afternoon highs near 70 degrees. This pattern change will finally allow for warmer air to surge north and stick around. Therefore, temps will stay in the 70s and even flirt with 80s next week. Enjoy!
