(WXYZ) — While the view of the moon over Michigan has been breathtaking, the reason for it may shock you.
According to meteorologist Mike Taylor the color is actually a haze caused by the smoke from wildfires in both Michigan and Canada. He adds that the reddish, orange hue is here to stay for a few more days.
