A 28-year-old woman was taken into custody after reportedly shooting her boyfriend.
Detroit police say the 43-year-old man was checking up on the woman who was allegedly being unfaithful.
The man went to the rear of the home and tapped on the window on the 12000 block of Winthrop Street. The woman reportedly opened the window and started firing.
The victim drove himself to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.
