A double fatal crash was caused by a driver who disregarded a 4-way stop in Detroit, police say.

The accident occurred Saturday night on Greenfield and Puritan on the city's west side.

Police say a 35-year-old woman driving a Chrysler Town and Country van slammed into a blue Ford Escape.

28-year-old April Holmes was killed as well as a passenger in her car.

Holmes was a mother to an 8-year-old boy.  She also worked at MGM.

Police say alcohol may have been a factor.

The woman who was arrested could face charges as soon as Monday.
