DETROIT (WXYZ) — The award-winning musical "RENT" is coming to Detroit's Fox Theatre for its 20th Anniversary Tour. If you're lucky enough, you could snag front row tickets at the price of $25.

According to 313 Presents, the seats are in the first rows of the orchestra section and will be available for every performance, which is Oct. 11 and 12.

The only catch is the tickets are only available in-person, and you can only grab them at the Fox Theatre box office no more than two hours before each show. There's also a two ticket per person limit, and they're given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

This $25 giveaway is a tradition if the show, which began in 1996 in New York when the musical moved to Broadway. According to a release, it was after a sold out run of the show at a small-town theatre that the idea was sparked. Now, years later, producers are committed to continuing the tradition in every city.

The show dates and times are below:

Friday, Oct. 11 at 8 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
