The Tigers will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1968 World Series champs this upcoming season.
The team announced there will be a five-game series featuring tributes to key members of the team.
-May 26: Al Kaline bobblehead
-June 2: Bill Freehan bobblehead
-July 7: Willie Horton bobblehead
-Aug. 25: Mickey Lolich bobblehead
-Sep. 8: 1968 Replica Road Jersey
The Tigers have a special section on their website dedicated to the team at tigers.com/68series.
There will be a special on-field ceremony on Sep. 8, when the Tigers take on the St. Louis Cardinals, the franchise they beat in 1968.
The five-game series is part of a $99 ticket package.
