EAST LANSING, Mich. (WXYZ) -- Jalen Watts-Jackson, who scored a touchdown as time expired in Michigan State's wild 2015 win over Michigan, announced Wednesday he will transfer.

Watts-Jackson announced on Twitter that while he will pursue a graduate transfer, he will "forever be a Spartan."

Watts-Jackson's 38-yard touchdown return of a mishandled punt attempt gave the Spartans a 27-23 win over the Wolverines at Michigan Stadium on October 17, 2015, in one of the most improbable finishes in college football history.
