EAST LANSING, Mich. (WXYZ) -- The biggest question entering Michigan State training camp was who would replace Connor Cook, the program's all-time winningest quarterback.
The answer is quickly becoming more clear: Tyler O'Connor, who's been waiting his whole college career for this opportunity.
"I look back to when (Mark Dantonio) came to my house, sat in my basement, and asked me and my parents if I'm ready for this," O'Connor told reporters on Monday. "It's the role that I feel like I was born to be in. I'm very willing to take everything good and bad, and I just feel it's my time."
