(WXYZ) — The Detroit Lions have selected Julian Okwara in the third round of the NFL Draft.
They chose Okwara with the 67th overall pick. His brother, Romeo, also plays for the Lions.
Okwara played in 9 games last season for the Fighting Irish and had 19 tackles, seven tackles for loss and five sacks.

The pick adds after choosing Ohio State CB Jeff Okudah with the third overall pick on Thursday and then adding Georgia running back D'Andre Swift in the third round earlier Friday.
The team also picks at No. 85 later in the third round.
