(WXYZ) — The Detroit Lions have reportedly agreed to terms to sign former Eagles offensive lineman Halapoulivaati Vaitai. He can't sign until the NFL free agency period begins.
According to NFL Insider Adam Caplan, Detroit signed "Big V" to a 5-year, $50 million contract. He's expected to play right tackle for the Lions.

Vaitai, 26, went to college at TCU and has spent the past four seasons with the Eagles, playing in every game the last three seasons. He did start 10 games for Phillly in 2017 but only started four games the past two seasons.
