(WXYZ) — Football fans from around Detroit and the entire country are reacting to the news that the Detroit Lions and Matthew Stafford have agreed to mutually part ways.

Several outlets reported Saturday evening that the Lions will now look to trade the quarterback, who has been with Detroit for the past 12 years.
Some fans expressed sadness and thanks to Stafford, while others were glad to see him go.
