LeGarrette Blount didn't finish the Lions game against the 49ers last Sunday.
He was ejected for a shoving incident after leaving the bench, an event for which he expects a fine.
Golden Tate was asked on Thursday about his perspective on Blount's shove.
"I love the action, definitely. Definitely you want guys like that. But the situation, it kinda took us back - but you want guys like LeGarrette Blount on your team," Tate said.
