Lions LB DeAndre Levy, DE Ziggy Ansah out for Sunday's game against Bears

Posted

Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy and defensive end Ezekiel Ansah have officially been listed as out for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears.

Levy missed almost all of last season with a hip injury, and was hasn't played since Week 1 against the Colts this season. Levy hasn't practiced in two weeks due to a quad injury.

Ansah suffered a high ankle sprain in the Lions Week 2 loss to the Titans. Ansah has also been absent from practice for two weeks.

The good news from Friday's practice is that Marvin Jones Jr. is back at full speed. He was limited in practice Thursday but was back without restrictions Friday morning.

Jones is still listed as questionable on the injury report, along with Eric Ebron, Riley Reiff, Devin Taylor and Tayvon Wilson.

The Lions kick off against the Bears Sunday at 1pm.
