ALLEN PARK, Mich. (WXYZ) -- The Lions helped fill a void in their depleted running back roster Tuesday by signing Justin Forsett.
Forsett announced the signing on Twitter Tuesday afternoon.

Forsett, who is in his ninth NFL season, spent the 2014 and 2015 seasons, as well as the first three games of 2016, with the Baltimore Ravens.
Forsett has 3,697 career rushing yards and 18 touchdowns.
