According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Detroit Lions will sign Baltimore Ravens free agent offensive tackle Ricky Wagner.
The deal cannot be finalized until Thursday at 4pm, but the Schefter reports that Wagner expects to be a Detroit Lion barring and snags in the deal.

The 27-year-old Wagner is largely regarded as the best offensive tackle in free agency, and the addition of Wagner to the Lions would serve to strengthen their line and improve their inconsistent run game.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the deal is worth more than $9 million a year.
The #Lions and OT Ricky Wagner have agreed in principle on a contract, source said. It will eclipse $9M per year, setting a new market.
