DETROIT (WXYZ) — The Rocket Mortgage Classic kicked off in a big way on Tuesday afternoon with the Area 313 Challenge, featuring professional golfers Bubba Watson, Rickie Fowler and Dustin Johnson, as well as major celebrities including Kid Rock, Jerome Bettis, Paige Spiranac, Blair O'Neal, Dylan Larkin, Justin Abdelkader and more.
The three teams, Team Dustin, Team Bubba and Team Rickie, looked to make an eagle on hole 14, a hole-in-one on 15 and a birdie on 16, thus getting a score of 3-1-3.
Team Dustin ended up winning the challenge with team members Bettis, Larkin and Spiranac.
