ANN ARBOR, Mich. — College football fans have grown accustomed to seeing top-10 teams beat non-conference opponents by 40 points.

Michigan beat Army, 24-21, in double overtime.

Jim Harbaugh said simply, it's good to have the win.

"I guess there's different levels of non-conference teams that people play these days. We look at Army as a top-25 type of team," Harbaugh told WXYZ.

"To have that one behind us, and get ready for Big Ten season is where our focus is."

Michigan's defense will pay Jonathan Taylor plenty of attention this week. The Wisconsin running back shined in a 49-0 win over USF, and a 61-0 win over Central Michigan. He has eight touchdowns through two games.

"He's that good of a player, there's no question about it," Harbaugh said. "You can't get all consumed with him, but you have to be pretty darn consumed, and hope to slow him down. He's gonna make some plays. Hopefully we can contain him enough, and get the ball back to our side."

Harbaugh talks weekly with WXYZ in our 'Inside the Huddle' conversation that runs Mondays at 6 p.m.
