Last week, GM Bob Quinn spoke to the media and said that he will likely know by Thursday afternoon if the team plans to make a move with the pick. He added that he doesn't anticipate making a move while the Lions are on the clock.
According to Quinn, the team is looking to get an impact player with the No. 3 pick, or wherever they are picking.
