(WXYZ) — The NCAA Frozen Four scheduled at Little Caesars Arena, will be played without fans amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

NCAA President Mark Emmert announced Wednesday afternoon that the league decided "to conduct our upcoming championship events, including the Division I men's and women's basketball tournaments, with only essential staff and limited family attendance."
The Frozen Four was scheduled to be played at LCA on April 9-11 and tickets had already gone on sale. Stay with 7 Action News for updates on what will happen for those with tickets to the event.
