(WXYZ) — Tarik Black has found his new home.
The wide receiver is transferring from Michigan to Texas.
Black announced the decision on Instagram on Monday night. He entered the transfer portal in December.
In three years at Michigan, Black showed flashes of brilliance, but fought through foot injuries. He broke his left foot in the 2017 season, and suffered a broken right foot in 2018 camp. The 6-foot-3 and 215-pound wide receiver caught 25 passes for 323 yards and a touchdown in 2019.
