Topgolf has found popularity in 18 states across the country, and around the world.
Now the company is looking to expand into Michigan.
Topgolf is proposing a $12.5 million facility in Auburn Hills near Great Lakes Crossing. The golf-themed entertainment complex would put its unique spin on the sport, with people aiming at 11 targets ranging from 20 to 240 yards away.
The proposal for the 65,000 square foot plan will be discussed at a planning commission meeting on August 16th, with a goal for a Fall 2018 opening.
