ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit told WXYZ he is 'shocked' Jim Harbaugh hasn't gotten Michigan to the top, but still thinks he can — and *wants* him to do it.
"I wore number 4 at Ohio State because of Jim Harbaugh," Herbstreit told Brad Galli. "I loved Jim Harbaugh's style."
