Wolverines hoping to back up preseason hype

Posted

According to the publication College Football News, the Michigan Wolverines haven't had an elite win in the last five seasons.

An 'elite win' consists of beating a team at home that finishes the season with two or less wins, while beating a team on the road that finishes with no more than three losses.

This season, the preseason machine once again has Michigan as a contender for the Big Ten Championship, and potentially a spot in the college football playoff.

However these players insist they aren't buying the hype, but are using the painful losses from the past few seasons to change the narrative during and after the season, not before it.
