UPDATE: Tornado Warning has ended. There is now a Severe Thunderstorm Warning in effect for Macomb, Wayne counties until 1:45 a.m.

UPDATE: Tornado Warning now in effect until 1:15 a.m. for Wayne County

UPDATE: Tornado Warning in effect until 12:45 a.m. for Monroe County

The tornado is moving north at about 10 miles per hour. According to the Monroe County Central Dispatch, there are no confirmed touchdowns reported as of yet. 

Next 48 Hours:

THIS EVENING: FLASH FLOOD WATCH until 4 am with heavy rain and storms expected. 1"-3" of rain is possible in the metro area. Temps will be in the mid 70s. Winds: NE 5-10

TONIGHT: More heavy rain is likely until 2 am. The rain will move south to north through the area. Lows in the mid 60s.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy with shower and storm chances increasing through the day. Highs near 80.

THURSDAY: Bright sun with a slight rain chance late in the day. Highs in the low to mid 80s.
