Metro Detroit Forecast: Advisory ends, cold begins

WEATHER ALERT: Winter Weather Advisory issued for Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw, St. Clair and Livingston counties from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. Tuesday

The winter weather advisory ends and the cold begins late tonight. Roads will be slippery during the morning commute. Tomorrow's wind chills will hang around zero all day Tuesday.

NEXT 48 HOURS:

Tonight: Winter Weather Advisory until 2 AM. Winds increase late and turn NW at 10-20. Lows: 18-22
 
Tuesday: Temps drop into the teens! Wind chills near zero all day. Highs around 20 early then dropping / Wind:s NW 20-35
 
Wednesday: Partly to mostly cloudy with a chance of snow in the afternoon. Highs: 20-24 after lows of 8-12! Winds: WNW 10
